Trans-Melbourne Xprss returns for an Anzac Holiday special to make all your dancefloor dreams come true.  We have flown in a special treat for everyone on this occasion, and are proud to present UK House superstar Owen Howells.
OH has played at such iconic clubs as Fabric, and was recently featured at global online music mag XLR8R.

To add to this, we have live Berlin-style tech master Juxtpose and progressive bass house queen Shuttersound in to guest with TMX residents Sarah Quill, Kayhat and VJ Slippery Jim.

Trans-Melbourne Xprss is a forward-thinking night of synthesized textures, robo-bass and drum machine metronomy. Our approach is influenced by the rich history of techno/electronic music from studios and clubs around the globe, with a back to basics approach to DJ’s, heavy tunes and hedonistic dancefloor good times.

TMX’s primary drive is to act as counterpoint to chin-stroking, micro-genres and major music journalism-driven “edm” trends prevalent in contemporary electronica. We want to get some of that old feel back, so come down, free your soul and boogie to it.
