After spending countless hours in his music dungeon listening to some of the heavyweights of Techno. Like Enrico Sanguilano, Boris Brejcha, Secret Cinema & Bodzin. He has been trying to perfect and concoct the perfect mixture of percussion and synth sounds to create something to literally make you shake at the knees with enjoyment. Suppressor has finally decided to show off some of the music that is the outlet to his deepest thoughts. With a mixture of dynamic energy and mellifluous progressions Suppressor performs a style of Techno that is both pleasing and abraisive to the ear.

Smoke consists of the combined talents of two Melbourne-based Techno artists, Alter-Mind and SFBM, who are kick-starting a sonic symbiosis of gritty, confronting, and no holds barred Techno.Both share influences in artists like Shifted, Regis, SHXCXCHCXSH, Developer, Ancient Methods and Headless Horseman – preferring to opt for the more dark and visceral styles of electronic music.

The conceptual formation behind this alias has slowly evolving over the previous 12 months, and, After numerous lengthy studio sessions, scores of violently energetic back-to-back DJ sets, and extensive cigarette breaks – Smoke are now ready to share their mind-bending, body-shaking and consciousness-challenging Techno with the rest of the world.

Chihuahuas for Africa
Chihuahuas For Africa was born out of a desire to get back to the live performance of electronic music made popular during the 80s and 90s.
Having cut their teeth playing in a punk bands for many years, they eventually found their home in the studio developing their production skills to encompass a wide variety of styles – from hip hop all the way through to no input noise jams.

What we have here is Melbourne-based video artist, specialising in event-based video and exploring visual relationships with sound.

His fascination with the possibilities of real-time video manipulation has lead him to project video onto 100 million year old dinosaur skeletons; car wrecks in the Australian desert; Turkey’s Cappadocia cliffs, and masked wrestlers on rooftops in Mexico.
