‘Cyburbia’ is an installation using colour swatches collaged into a series playing with text, colour and geometric form play. The names colours are called have been a long held fascination and in this installation i have reconfigured the colours into new forms. The structure of the ‘burbs’ and an essence of architecture influence this work and the colour names invent a poetic dialogue instilling in the work murmurs from the burbs.
