Accompanied by Paul Biel, Gordon Koang uses his musical genius to foster peace and harmony for the World at large. Combining traditional South Sudanese rhythms with his own compositions, Gordon weaves an underlying message that people should love one another and strive for peace.
Biel and Koang comprise the Music wing of Social enterprise Colourful Collective (https://colourfulcollectiv.wixsite.com/mysite).
This concert is part of Colourful Collective’s fundraising campaign to establish Koang as a Thom teacher and musician in the broader Melbourne community, and to assist Biel in his role as carer and accompanist.
