It’s free to attend and it’s a great rollercoaster ride of 20 seconds to 5 minute short films spanning multiple genres like action, horror, animation, comedy, doco, music, visual arts and everything in between.

Filmmakers: Connect your stories or visual experiments with our audience, participate in a short Q&A with the host and the audience and meet future collaborators. You can even test an unpolished version of your big festival film and gather feedback to finalise it. Arrive early on the night with your 5 minutes or less .MP4 film on a USB key or SD card ready to transfer. Filmonik is non competitive and part of the worldwide Kino movement.
