Coming together for one night – all night – DJ Gunsul & Andreas König are taking over Loop on Saturday, January 13 with a little help from superstar VJ, Metallic Jelly.
Taking you on a musical journey via an assortment of eclectic downtempo, house and disco treats inspired from Melbourne, Hamburg and Berlin.
**DJ Gunsul is making his long awaited return to Loop having been a resident in the days of the venues original Sneakersoul parties. Now established in Hamburg playing in numerous venues across Europe, Gunsul runs the Post Disco parties catering to those who like their house music laced with vocals and drenched in disco.
**Living in Berlin, Andreas is the founder of the popular Good Taste parties, which have been running there since 2016. Having shared lineups with some of the cities most respected, he lands back in Melbourne after playing for the iconic WERD party in San Francisco. Whether it’s deep, downtempo, house or melodic techno, Andreas’ has you covered.
**Metallic Jelly aka Jessica Juniper has developed quite the resume being booked to play at Australia’s world-renowned Rainbow Serpent, Earthcore and Pitch Festivals. Photography, video, 2D and 3D animation, drawing, painting, rotoscoping, live video feeds and sampling are all used to create a narrative to the music she performs to.
