This month’s theme: When Animals Bite Back 

Using a tenuous connection to the Easter Bunny, this month we will look at all the different ways animals conspire to destroy us. There are so many amazing films that could fall under this theme, but the question is…: WHICH ONES WILL I CHOOSE?

Our little group will watch trailers to several cult movies that follow the above theme. Then, as a group we will vote on which film we want to watch that night. Depending on demand, these nights may be either a single or double screening!

The cover charge for this event is a donation to cover the costs of running this Meetup group (recommended minimum $5). Any excess for each 6-month period will be donated to the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre. Also, please support our lovely venue by buying a drink or two – trust me, you’ll probably need one to get through the film anyway…

By the way, as of last night we have just gone over the amount required for Meetup dues for this period. That means we have three Secret Screening Saturdays where 100% of the proceeds go towards the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre. I’m so excited! Well done, everyone!
